Served from August 1960 to August 1964. Went to Great Lakes Recruit Training Center and was assigned to VT-3 NAAS Whiting Field Milton, Florida. On June 1961 was transferred to NATTC Memphis Tennessee to attend AMFU and AMS/A Schools. On September 1961 was transferred to HS-13 NAS Quonset, Point Rhode Island. On August 1962 transferred to NS Rota, Spain. Honorably discharged in August 1964
