Joined the September 21, 1977 in Staten Island, NY went to Boot camp
at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes IL. And served on active duty until
Dec 10, 1998 21 Years I had a lot of good times and a lot of time a way
from home. After Boot training went across the road to RTTC for Basic Electricity
& Electronics Training then down in Feb 78 sent to Pensacola Fl. for
Electronics Warfare Training until I server aboard USS Coronado (LPD/AGF-11),
USS Shreveport(LPD- 12,SIMA GTMO Cuba, USS Biddle (CG-34), FCTC Dam Neck
Va., Fleet Information Warfare Center, Commander Carrier Group Six aboard
USS America (CV-66), Amphibious Squadron Eight Onboard USS KEARSARGE (LHA-3.
Hot spot of the world where I've served time: Bosnia, Beirut, Somalia,
and Persian Gulf (2) I would like to hear from some of my shipmates.
