I have far more appreciation now than I had then. I was in #2MMR when we had the fire in Dec. 72. I was where I wanted to be, when I wanted to be there. As I recall, the 4 carriers on Yankee Station for the signing of the peace agreement were Ranger, Enterprise, America and Oriskany. I do have fond memories, and I might still have some pictures left from my cruises. I have my cruise books for the 72-73 cruise and the 74 cruise. I, unfortunately didn't get a 76 cruise book, as I re-enlisted and transferred to the East Coast in June.
