Served from March 58 to May 62. Went to Bainbridge Training Center when I was in high school. Went regular when I graduated. Sent to Great Lakes for E&E C1 "P" and EM C1 "A"schools. Upon graduation I was assigned to the USS Wm R Rush (DDR-714). I was transfered to the USS Newman K Perry (DDR-883) shortly before being honorably discharged in May 62.
