Served from February 1971 to February 1977. Went to Great lakes Recruit Training Center. Attended Electrician mates "A" school in Great Lakes Training Center. Assigned to the USS Howard W. Gilmore 1971-1972. Transferred to USS Grand Canyon AR-28 1973-1975. Transferred to USS Franklin D. Roosevelt CV-42 1975-1977. Honorably discharged at the end of January 1977.
