Served from December 83 to December 87. Went to San Diego Recruit Training Center, Radioman A School in San Diego Ca. was assigned to the USS Barney (DDG 6). Made Gitmo cruise, Also made a Persian Excursian cruise to the Persian Gulf, escorting tankers. made another Gitmo cruise. made a Med cruise, served as Nato flag ship. Honorably discharged in December 87.
