Served in the US Navy from June 1973 to Aug 1993, Was stationed at the following units: VC-7, Miramar Branch Dispensary, MCAS Hawaii (1st Radio Battalion (DET R twice)), Commander, Naval Surface US Pacific Fleet (N13)four years, emergency medical inspector. In 1984 reported to 1st FSSG. as their health services support chief, (HSSC), this is where,I gained my expertise in the field of medical regulating, medical planner, (put together total of five WWMCCS, onboard Camp Pendleton, CA and Twenty-nine Psalms) with the help of a NavElexTech, (WWMCCS - worldwide military command & control system) eventually taught medical regulating at the 51st Medical Hospital - (Training division) andPacific Fleet Center, while assigned to 1st FSSG, applied for the OS-0333 desingnator, my NECS then were OS-0333/HM 8404, was then assigned to NAS North Island (medical clinics administrative chief) with my background of medical regulating, and WWMCCS, I was asked to be permanently TAD to the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, to work in thier Disaster Preparedness Office (as their disaster preparedness chief), while I had several colleteral duties, was assigned as the Commands Security Manager - for both personal clearances-and CMS custodian, rewrote their commands security manual, I also put togther, with the help of an HM1,a complete package of voice repeaters,and saberII handheld/an updated the emergency rooms centre communications, and radio for both medical ambulance & dispensary base stations. Honorably discharged in Aug 1993.
